Experience

President and Founder Christopher Deen's introduction to residential design began almost from birth as he watched his family's building company grow and prosper in the Georgia coastal region. This early exposure to local building and materials formed the basis for Christopher's sensitivity to the lowcountry's resources and unique characteristics.

Founded in 2001, Residential Concepts Design Group (RCDG) offers custom residential designs of the highest quality. Our 3-person team has the vision and creativity to adapt to a variety of designs .

Philosophy

Utilizing traditional design practices, RCDG creates custom home designs that fulfill their clients' every desire, but still adhere to the highest building standards. We work comfortably with builders and "speak the language" to ensure quality construction through all the phases.

Our 30+ years of living and designing in the lowcountry area give us the ability and experience to intelligently choose the proper planning, materials and execution of your dream home. None of our designs are cookie-cutter. We offer only custom design with sensitivity to our clients needs and desires. And, in an effort to deliver the highest level of quality to its clients, RCDG remains heavily involved with most projects during the construction administration phases as well.
